What this means in practice

Fortinet no longer supports this model, and FortiOS 7.2 is the last branch it can run, so it won’t receive newer firmware. Lapsed cover can’t be reinstated.

TradeUp runs separately from these lifecycle dates. Eligibility, the discount and any service transfer are confirmed against the unit’s serial number, entitlement and replacement path when we price the upgrade.
