IT services built around your industry
Industry shapes how people access and recover data, which cyber controls apply and which outside parties are involved. We run your technology around that, from Managed IT services and IT support to network, cloud and AI projects.
$Managed IT cost calculatorThe sectors we work in most often
Choose the sector closest to yours, or talk to us if you work across several. Each page sets out the systems, access, obligations and recovery priorities that shape good IT in that sector.
01 Healthcare & clinicsClinical systems, patient data and daily operations that need to stay reliable.
Practice and clinical systems, imaging, Microsoft 365, workstations, practice servers, networks and backup, with patient data protected, vendors coordinated and recovery tested for the systems the clinic relies on.

02 Architecture & engineeringLarge models, specialist applications and hard project deadlines.
High-performance workstations, storage, Microsoft 365, secure collaboration, remote access, multi-office connectivity and backup for teams who live in model files.

03 Property & constructionProjects, sites, field teams and access that change week to week.
Head office, project sites and field teams, from connecting new sites to securing Microsoft 365, project platforms, mobile devices and document sharing.

04 Manufacturing & industrialProduction environments where uptime, vendor access and recovery paths have to hold.
ERP and MES access, plant and warehouse networks, secure vendor connections, backup and recovery, and the IT side of the OT boundary.

05 Legal, accounting & advisoryClient matters, confidential files and the evidence insurers ask for.
Microsoft 365, identity, practice and document platforms, matter access, DLP and backup, plus the technical evidence clients, insurers and regulators expect.

06 Not-for-profitLean teams, volunteers and boards, with every dollar accountable.
Microsoft 365, devices and access for staff, volunteers, boards and field teams, with licensing, security and backup matched to each role.

The systems we look after day to day
Beyond support, we run the controls, infrastructure and suppliers your business depends on.
Users and support
Requests raised and followed in Microsoft Teams, onboarding and offboarding, access changes and escalation across every site.
Microsoft 365 and identity
Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive, with permissions and admin roles kept in order.
Endpoints and workplace
Device management, patching, protection and configuration standards for office, site and remote users.
Networks and infrastructure
Servers, cloud, Wi-Fi, firewalls, SD-WAN and remote access, plus the dependencies behind business systems.
Backup and recovery
Backup alerting, restore testing and a recovery order agreed with you.
Vendors and carriers
Microsoft, carriers, hardware suppliers and specialist software vendors, coordinated when an issue crosses between them.

Scale, security and AI in one service
We can run your IT fully managed, or add depth around an internal IT team.
Microsoft 365, identity, access, licensing and security controls administered day to day, with Copilot rolled out and supported on the same platform.
Identity, endpoint protection, patching, Microsoft 365 security, backup visibility and DLP are part of the service, with Essential Eight-aligned controls where you need them.
We build AI agents, workflow automation and integrations that work with your business systems, from one slow process to connected workflows across the business.
Questions worth asking before choosing an IT partner
How far do you go with specialist systems such as Revit, Procore, LEAP or clinical software?
We manage the infrastructure and controls around it, and work with the application vendor on anything inside the product itself.
To do that well, we learn how the system is used, what it depends on, who needs access, how its data is protected and what happens if it becomes unavailable.
What do you standardise across clients, and what do you leave specific to the business?
Identity, endpoint security, patching, backup, monitoring and Microsoft 365 governance usually benefit from strong standards.
Application dependencies, access models, network design, recovery priorities and some security controls need to reflect the organisation itself. We standardise where consistency makes systems more reliable and more secure.
How do you take over an established environment without disrupting what already works?
We start with visibility: users, sites, Microsoft 365, infrastructure, networks, backups, privileged access, vendors and the systems the business depends on, before making material changes.
We then work through issues in order of risk and operational impact. Technology that works stays in place.
Who owns the problem when Microsoft, a carrier, the network and a software vendor are all involved?
We do.
We diagnose where the issue sits, bring in the right suppliers and coordinate the fix with them.
How do you standardise a multi-site environment without pretending every site is the same?
We standardise what should be consistent, such as identity, security policy, monitoring, documentation and support.
Connectivity, local infrastructure, equipment, failover and operational requirements can still vary by location. Those differences are deliberate, documented and supported.
What happens when a security control gets in the way of how people actually work?
We change the design and keep the protection.
That might mean time-limited vendor access instead of permanent access, different policies for managed and unmanaged devices, appropriate controls for field or site users, or DLP rules that allow legitimate collaboration without uncontrolled data movement.
