We design, connect and manage networks across offices, branches, warehouses, clinics and project sites, using Fortinet and Cisco platforms, including Meraki.

Each site gets connections from multiple carriers, chosen for its location, applications, resilience needs and budget. We can arrange 5G or Starlink connectivity to get a new site operating while its fixed service is installed.

Our work includes SD-WAN, firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi and secure access. We investigate application performance across the network and follow carrier faults through to restoration.

We manage security across identities, Microsoft 365, devices and business information, with 24/7 SOC and MDR options.

Our engineers investigate security findings, fix the underlying weaknesses and improve controls. Services include Essential Eight gap reviews and uplift, backup, recovery planning and restore testing.

Documented work and recovery tests give management the evidence customers and insurers ask for. Cybersecurity services are available alongside your existing IT team or provider, as ongoing services or individual projects.

We design, modernise and manage Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, local infrastructure and hybrid environments.

For server refreshes, VMware renewals and cloud decisions, we compare keeping, upgrading or replacing what you have against performance, recovery needs and ongoing cost. Serviceable equipment stays in the plan where it can still do its job.

Identity, connectivity, backup and recovery are planned together, and we can manage the environment after implementation.

We start by understanding the process: how work moves between people and systems, where information is needed and which decisions require human judgement.

We implement Microsoft 365 Copilot, AI agents, workflow automation and business applications around that work. Examples include preparing quotations, processing approvals, finding information and reducing manual reporting.

Our capabilities include Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Power Platform and custom applications. Permissions, human oversight, operating costs and ongoing management form part of the design.

We specify, source and deploy business devices, workstations, servers, network equipment and Microsoft licensing, whether it’s a single purchase, a renewal or a complete technology project.

Requirements, quantities, renewal dates and delivery are planned around how the technology will be used. Financing and leasing options are available alongside outright purchase.

Configuration, deployment and warranty coordination connect the purchase to getting it working. Clients have one contact for purchases, renewals, warranties and vendor questions.

Procurement is available as a standalone service, including for businesses that retain their existing IT team or provider.
